Knowing when to fire a problem client can save you a lot of time better spent on other clients who provide a more pleasant and profitable work relationship. When you start a business you can’t wait to reign in your first clients and show off your services but what happens when your clients become your worst nightmare? Do you stick to the old cliché that “the customer is always right,” or do you fire your client? It all depends on the situation and the personality of your client. There are different sides to “the customer is always right.” Mainly, it is a reminder that money is to be made and if a client is saying a red apple is orange then you should give them the orange apple to satisfy and make money off the sale. Remember that reliability and good customer service are trademarks of a good company. Another, is marketing. Word of mouth can be a powerful marketing tool, good or bad. If a client is upset about your service and does not get what they want they can and will tell others how bad your service is. So, being tactful when addressing a customer is important even if they are difficult.

It's still very possible to turn your small business into a success even if you file for personal bankruptcyWhen times are tough for startups and small businesses, their owners can get hit hard financially. Those who pay themselves a small salary from their company's payroll can no longer afford to do so. Those who put all business profits directly back into the business, might no longer be able to cover basic expenses and utilities such as a home office. Many turn to personal bankruptcy rather than liquidating their small business to give it a fighting chance.

Christopher Coon defines his own standard of entrepreneurship starting from nothing while being a homeless entrepreneur.Yesterday I had an opportunity to join my niece for one of her documentary shoots for college. She was interviewing a homeless man she had just met two days before in Union Square in Manhattan. This man had approached her dressed in a business shirt, slacks, well-groomed, laptop in hand and an assistant to do a survey. The survey asked four simple questions, one of which was to make a $1 donation to his "Ask A Million" campaign, to get off the street. His name is Christopher Coon and yes, I said homeless.
