Videos you shoot for your social media marketing campaign can be a tremendous value in user and customer conversion rates.Every day whether we see it on the news or television we are saturated with pop media. It’s in music, art and literature. Popular culture makes the world go around and gives the average person some excitement. Creating popular culture, however, is not as easy as it seams. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes that can be acquainted with working your own business empire.

Most popular culture moguls like, Beyonce, Will I Am, Kanye West, Jessica Simpson or even Oprah, the queen of moguls, have to work endless hours to keep their brands fresh and lucrative. They stay on top of what is new in the business and have their own media and marketing gurus to educate them about current trends. So how do you keep yourself relevant in an ever changing popular culture environment?

You have to put in the time and sell who you are as a likable product people will want to hear from repeatedly. You need to be the person that consumers want to go to when they need your product. My tip. Video.

Start creating videos for Google, Youtube, Bing and even your website. Put your attractive face forward. And you if think you are not that attractive (because as much as I push a spiritual life, looks matter when selling your business) put someone on the video who is attractive. Think about all the ads you see on billboards and commercials. They are packed with beautiful people or funny people.

I have a friend that is an entrepreneur and well known psychic in New York that has mastered the art of video marketing by making himself approachable and personable by doing different topics every month, providing free spiritual information and a sincere approach to life. He is not bad looking either. He has a friend and business partner shoot the video and adds some simple video affects that come off like he’s doing magic.

He makes himself relevant by dressing in modern wear and by being himself, with some flare. Making videos has helped him to market himself as an expert, bringing in more clients and opportunities to be on stage. I think he has done an amazing job putting himself out there for the world to see.

You can make videos like this by getting the input of those in the marketing or video field that are up to date with the current trends. If you have a small budget find a friend or business associate that can help you get started. Educate yourself about the tools and internet applications needed. Be creative and mold yourself into a popular culture replica of yourself.

Not every business can associate itself with popular culture. I.e. scientific research, but I do agree it is important to market yourself like a rock star even if it is a rock star scientist.

I think that you do have a point. A company does have to stay relevant and the best way to do so is to well, get in touch with your pop culture side. www.buyve.com, a new social e-commerce company has been attracting people with videos and other social media venues to access the market, so as to donate to scholarships in and around the area. Good post!
